GGSIPU Announces Schedule for B.Sc Medical Technology Radiotherapy Counselling 2025-26

NEW DELHI, August 6, 2025 – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has released the much-awaited schedule for B.Sc radiotherapy counselling 2025, marking a significant opportunity for aspiring medical technology professionals. The university announced the first round of offline counselling for its B.Sc. Medical Technology Radiotherapy program for the 2025-26 academic session. This specialized B.Sc radiotherapy counselling 2025 will be conducted on August 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the GGSIPU campus in Sector 16C, Dwarka.

The program operates in partnership with the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute in Rohini and offers limited seats this year. Qualified CET-2025 candidates for B.Sc (MTR) (Program Code-158) whose names appear in the merit list across all regions and categories can participate in this exclusive B.Sc radiotherapy counselling 2025 process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates need 12th-grade qualifications with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. They must secure 55% aggregate marks. They must pass each subject separately, including English. Candidates with a Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology may also apply. They need 50% in PCB and five years of relevant experience.

Counselling Process:

The offline counselling process includes document verification and seat allotment. Candidates must report in person at the designated venue according to their CET rank. Officials will allocate seats sequentially and will stop when all seats fill. The university emphasized that this self-financing program does not apply to OBC and EWS category reservations.

Fee Structure:

Selected candidates must pay a part of the academic fee of ₹96,000 at the time of counselling. Students can pay through a Demand Draft in favor of the Registrar, GGSIPU, payable at Delhi, or use the online payment link. The university clarified that payment should only be made after seat allotment.

Required Documents:

Candidates must bring original documents along with photocopies, including:

  • CET rank card and admit card
  • 12th-grade mark sheets and certificates
  • Proof of date of birth
  • Four passport-sized photographs
  • Filled out the admission verification form and preference sheet
  • Physical fitness certificate
  • Category certificates (if applicable)
  • Conduct and character certificate

Important Notes:

Candidates claiming reserved category seats must produce original certificates in their name.

Those who fail to provide proper documents will forfeit their reserved category claim.

The last date for withdrawal of admission is August 21, 2025, until 5:00 PM.

The university warned that they will cancel admission and forfeit fees if they later discovers eligibility discrepancies.
