The university released comprehensive details for admissions to its BA in Liberal Arts programme (CET Code-451) for the academic year 2025-26. Students preparing for BA Liberal Arts counselling GGSIPU can now mark their calendars for August 12, 2025, when offline counselling will commence at the Dwarka campus. Date: August 12, 2025
Venue: Room No. 412 & 413, C-Block, GGSIPU, Sector 16C, Dwarka, Delhi-110078
Time Slots:
- 10:00 AM: Army Category candidates (seats reserved at Army Institute of Education, Noida)
- 10:30 AM: General candidates (CET Ranks 1–500)
- 2:00 PM: General candidates (CET Ranks 501 onwards)
The university will allot seats on an All-India Basis. There is no regional distribution or reserved categories (except the Army quota). Counselling will conclude once all seats fill.

- Mandatory Fee Payment
Candidates must bring a Demand Draft (DD) of ₹96,000. Make it payable to “Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University” in Delhi. The DD must include the candidate’s name, CET rank, roll number, programme name, and contact details. - Essential Documents (Original + Photocopies)

- Eligibility
Candidates must meet the criteria in the UG Admission Brochure 2025-26. The university will cancel admission and forfeit fees for ineligible candidates.
Counselling Process
Merit-Based Allotment: The university will allocate seats strictly by CET rank, starting from Rank 1.
Latecomers: Absent or late candidates may forfeit seats. They can join later if vacancies exist.
Post-Counselling: Selected candidates must immediately report to the University School of Liberal Arts (USLA).
Withdrawal Policy: Candidates may withdraw admission by August 25, 2025 (5:00 PM). Submit Appendix 11 to the Academic Branch, GGSIPU.
