New Delhi, August 22, 2025 – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Dwarka, has announced the detailed schedule for the 3rd Round of Online Counselling and Sliding Round for admission to Paramedical programmes including BPT, BPO, BASLP, B.Sc. MLT, and BOT for the academic session 2025–26. The notification also covers physical reporting instructions for candidates after seat allotment.
Who Can Participate
Only CET-qualified candidates who have either:
Paid the application fee of ₹2500 but did not register earlier, OR
Registered in previous rounds but did not fill choices, OR
Already hold a seat, paid the Part Academic Fee, and opted for Float in Round 2,
are eligible to register for Round 3.
Candidates who did not pay the Part Academic Fee in Round 2 or those who withdrew are not eligible.
Key Dates for Round 3 Counselling
Registration, Uploading of Documents & Choice Filling: August 26 (11:00 AM) to August 27 (11:59 PM)
Declaration of Round 3 Result: August 28
Payment of Part Academic Fee (₹60,000) & Willingness Submission (Freeze/Float): Till August 30 (11:59 PM)
Online Document Verification: Till August 31 (4:00 PM)
Sliding Round & Withdrawal
Sliding Round Result: September 1, 2025
Last Date for Withdrawal: September 3, 2025 (11:59 PM)
Candidates who pay the Part Academic Fee but do not freeze their seats will automatically be considered in the Sliding Round. If upgraded, they must accept the new allotment.
Mandatory Physical Reporting
Dates: September 2–3, 2025 (11:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Venue: Allotted College/Institute
At the time of reporting, candidates must carry:
Original certificates and mark sheets of qualifying exams
CET admit card and rank card
Allotment letter, registration form, and payment receipts
Proof of date of birth, photographs, and category certificates (if applicable)
Conduct certificate and medical fitness certificate
Institutes will verify eligibility and documents during reporting. Seats will be cancelled if discrepancies are found.
Important Instructions for Candidates
Choice filling is compulsory. Candidates are advised to fill as many options as possible to maximize chances of seat allotment.
The University will not send personal communication about results or deadlines. Students must check their login regularly.
Withdrawal and fee refunds (after deduction) are allowed only within the notified deadlines.
Final eligibility will also be verified at the allotted college during reporting.
University’s Advisory
The University has urged candidates and their parents to visit colleges before choice filling to understand campus facilities such as hostels and transportation. Complaints about location or commuting issues will not be entertained later.
