Students with selected papers receive:

• Travel reimbursement (II Class Sleeper train fares)

• Free accommodation for two days

• Opportunity to present papers

• Access to URSC’s advanced facilities

The Evaluation and Editorial Committee will shortlist papers. Selected students will present their work orally or as posters during the two-day conference.

Submission Process

Universities must first shortlist papers internally. They then forward selected papers to URSC. Each submission requires a university certificate. This certificate verifies the student’s status and confirms the paper’s originality.
