NEW DELHI, August 7, 2025 – The GGSIPU BSc MSc dual degree counselling has received a significant update with extended dates announced by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The university officially released the schedule for admission to its prestigious B.Sc./M.Sc. dual degree programs in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for the academic session 2025-26. Students awaiting GGSIPU BSc MSc dual degree counselling can now prepare for the offline session scheduled on August 20, 2025, at the Dwarka campus. The counselling will take place at the University School of Basic and Applied Sciences, specifically in Room No. B-011, Ground Floor, B-Block, Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi. Who Can Apply
The university invites candidates who have qualified in JEE Main Paper-I, CET, or CUET as per the eligibility criteria. Applicants must have passed their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 50% marks in these subjects combined for General Category candidates. The university offers relaxation in marks for other categories as per the Admission Brochure 2025-26.
Fee Structure
Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,500 at the time of counseling. They can pay through a bank draft in favor of the Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, or via online mode. The admission fee amounts to Rs. 1,07,000, payable through the same methods.
Required Documents
Applicants must bring the following documents for verification:
- Four passport-sized photographs
- Duly filled application form for CET Code-137
- Filled admission verification form and preference sheet
- Proof of date of birth (Original and photocopy)
- Mark sheets and certificates of qualifying examinations
- Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
- Additional documents as specified in the Admission Brochure
Important Notes
The university will allot seats based on JEE Main Paper-I, CET, or CUET merit. The counseling will continue until all available seats fill up. The university will display the tentative seat matrix at the counseling venue.
Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before attending the counseling. The university may cancel admission at any stage if a candidate fails to fulfill the eligibility requirements, and will initiate disciplinary action in such cases.
