DAVV Scholarship

Scholarships are offered to students by a university/institution/college to either help them financially or reward them for their hard work. The Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore offers AICTE scholarships to GATE/GPAT qualified candidates. In total, there are 13 stipend seats approved by AICTE offering Rs. 12,400 per month to candidates admitted to regular M.E./M.Tech programmes except for M.Tech. Programme in Energy and Environment. This DAVV Indore scholarship is under Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme. Out of 13 Stipend seats 3 seats are reserved for SC/ST students of M.P. Domicile and 10 Stipend seats are available for All India candidates. Apart from this, students can apply for various national and state scholarships offered by GOI. Some of them are Post Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities, PG Scholarship for Single Girl Child.

DAVV Indore M.Tech Admission Process

The candidates are advised to only apply for admission at DAVV Indore if he/she meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university.
Candidates must fill out the online application form.
Candidates must upload all the documents with the application form.
It must be noted that preference will be given to GATE-qualified candidates. Admissions will be offered based on the merit list prepared by the university based on the candidate’s scores in GATE/GPAT.

M.Phil	Master’s degree or equivalent in the concerned or allied subject with at least 55% marks.
Ph.D.	Master’s Degree or equivalent with 55% marks

DAVV PhD Admission Process

Students must meet the eligibility criteria.
Students must fill out the registration form on the DAVV Indore admission portal.
Candidates need to appear for the Doctoral Entrance Test (DET) to be eligible for the interview round for DAVV Indore admissions.
Students who will score a minimum of 50% marks in DET will be eligible for an interview.
Students will be exempted from the entrance test only if they fulfil one of the following criteria: have valid JRF awarded through UGC-NET / UGC-CSIR-NET, Teacher Fellowship for Research awarded by UGC/ AICTE or any other Govt. agency, Government/ Foreign Research Fellowship, M.Phil.degree(as per UGC Regulations 2009 or amended thereafter) with course work.
The Research Advisory Committee will conduct the interview for M.Phil and Ph.D. admissions.
The final selection will be made based on the candidates’ performance in DET, interview, document verification and payment of the DAVV admission fees.

DAVV Indore M.Tech Admission Process

The candidates are advised to only apply for admission at DAVV Indore if he/she meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university.
