More than 10,000 books from various streams predominantly related to Management, Information Technology, Mass Communication, BioSciences, and its allied subjects. 50 full-text International and National journals. 35 Magazines and Newspapers. It also has a rich online database covering titles published by the aggregators like Ebsco, ICFAI University Press, IEEE, J-Gate and DELNET, etc. The entire Library collection including books, journals, etc. can be searched through the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC). Users can access the OPAC to find out the real-time availability of library materials from their own computer terminals. Faculty and students can reserve items that are on loan. Faculty and students are also encouraged to send a request for a new acquisition in the Library through the OPAC. The library has always received great applause from various panels of leading educational bodies like NAAC, AICTE, CCS University to name a few.

The wide collection of software that includes Tally ERP 9, VLC, FoxPro, Win-Rar, Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Adobe Reader, Turbo C, Microsoft VB 6.0, Microsoft Office 2007, AVAST, etc provides an enlightening environment to the students. I.M.S. has also enriched the institutional membership from the Computer Society of India (CSI) Ghaziabad chapter. School of I.T puts a great emphasis on practical work. While laboratories are also used for developing skills to use and apply various concepts, tools, and techniques, their main purpose is to develop the core technology as well as general professional competencies through experiential and collaborative learning.

The School of Biosciences has State of the art labs with modern equipment like Gel Documentation System, P.C.R machine, B.O.D Incubators, Ultracentrifuges, UV-VIS Spectrophotometers, Horizontal Centrifuge, Pathological Microscopes, Water-Baths, Incubation Chambers, Tissue Culture Facilities and Auto-claves, etc. dedicated for obtaining practical knowledge of the subject. The mission of the School of Biosciences at IMS is to equip the students with extraordinary skills in Biotechnology and Microbiology and making them not just job seekers, but job creators.

I.M.S, UC Campus Adhyatamik Nagar, has in-campus separate hostel accommodation for boys. The overall charge of student's discipline and hostel administration vests in the Chief Warden. All the hostel rooms are provided with Wi-Fi connectivity with 24 hours internet through the main server of the academic block. Reading rooms and additional sports facilities like table-tennis rooms, chess, and carom rooms are also there for students. Apart from these, the hostel has outdoor sports centers for lawn-tennis, basket-ball, volley-ball, and badminton. Tuck shops are also there which makes available the items for use by students on a daily basis at a nominal cost. The hostels are also equipped with generators in order to provide 24-hour electricity supply, water heaters, water coolers, etc.

IMS, Ghaziabad CCS University Courses Campus Campus has an on-campus medical center with a full-time medical attendant to look after the health of students with basic facilities like first aid and medication. The institute not only provides comprehensive medical facilities to the students living in the hostel but also today scholars. In addition to these in-house medical facilities, the institute also has tie-ups with a number of hospitals in NCR to provide health insurance benefits to its students as well as employees. An independent Ambulance round the clock is available to render emergency services to the students, on the campus.

Institute of Management Studies, Adhyatamik Nagar Campus, has its own fleet of Buses, Cars & Ambulances. Institute provides transport facilities to the interested candidates on various routes depending on the minimum availability of the students. The vehicles also ply as the transport to our hostellers to the examination centers during the end semester examinations.

The canteen at the institute provides fresh snack items like tea, coffee, juice, cold drinks, etc to students & visitors at nominal cost. Tasty and wholesome nourishing food is prepared under strict supervision. Special attention is paid to maintain a hygienic environment in the cafeteria which is regularly monitored. The institute has three canteen areas where students may have food.

Students also get training from the in-house instructors for a variety of sports, who not only teach them the true lessons of sportsmanship but also inculcate competitiveness amongst students to win.
