The college has 5 hostel postgraduate quarters on campus. There are separate hostels for boys with attached mess facilities. Each student is provided with a bed, a cupboard, a table, a chair, and a shelf. 2-3 students share the rooms in the UG hostels, while a separate room is provided for each PG student in the PG quarters. A hot and cold potable water facility is provided for 24 hours. Drinking mineral water cooler facilities are provided on each floor of the hostels as well as in the mess dining area. Hostel cleanliness is well maintained by 24-hour service maids.

The college has free consultation and treatment for all faculty and students. The medical/dental OPD runs 7 days a week. Along with the emergency OPD facilities, the campus has a medical store that runs 24/7 to enhance the OPD facilities. The medical store within the campus runs 24/7, enhancing the OPD and IPD facilities.

The college has a Departmental Library that caters to the information needs of the faculty and students of the Physiotherapy College with more than 700 books, Back volumes for all journals, theses [UG / PG], and Journals (National & International). Central Library caters to the information needs of the faculty and students of Medical College, Physiotherapy College, Institute of Audiology and Speech Therapy and contains more than 13000 books, back volumes [1710], Theses - (UG, PG) - 152, journals[National/International-114], CDs, Electronic (e-books, e-journals), Special collections, Question banks, etc.,

The college has immense opportunities for students inclined toward sports, both indoors and outdoors. The students of the college are actively encouraged to participate in these activities. Separate provisions are also provided for the students, like balls, nets, and other required amenities. These activities inculcate healthy habits of sportsmanship and competitiveness among the students and help them to release their stress and learn the spirit of freedom, togetherness, discipline, leadership, and self-control.

The college has a well-equipped computer laboratory for the students and faculty. It is equipped with networked computers, USB Ports, and Internet access. This lab enables the students to remain updated and to sharpen their skills in computing and related areas, so indispensable in today's world. Students may make full use of this facility to hone their skills in handling computers. It is located within the departmental library premises. There is a dedicated network of advanced computer systems, on which free internet is available to all users.

The college has a canteen functioning within the premises of the college to serve hygienically prepared food to the staff and students, which serves a delicious variety of food, including Gujarati, Rajasthani, Punjabi, South Indian, Chinese, etc. We have two hostel messes and a multi-cuisine canteen. It provides four meals a day to more than 500 students and staff residing in the campus hostels and quarters. multi-cuisine restaurants within walking distance -Fast food stalls, fresh fruits, and juice stalls, and many multi-cuisine restaurants throng around the campus within walking distance. Franchises of GORAS Indian Restaurant, Tea-Post, Karnavati Dhabeli, Kuchhi King, Amul&Vadilal are a few to name. Amul Parlor -The campus also has an Amul Parlour. They give deliveries at the doorstep of the quarters and hostel rooms every day.

The college has a 700-seater Auditorium with audio-visual aids where all the major events such as annual day celebration, graduation ceremony, orientation program of the new batch, farewell party and other workshops, seminars and conferences, etc., are conducted. College festivals of CUSPC are too vibrant, where highly energetic students toil to win appreciation for their talents. College Festivals are the most effective way of bringing youth under the same the enhance social interaction and exchange of cultural ideas and thoughts.
