What is the Hire-Train-Deploy model, and how does it work?
The Hire-Train-Deploy model connects students directly with top banking and finance institutions. You’ll undergo 4 months of intensive campus training, followed by a 3-month internship, and finally, 5 months of on-the-job training (OJT). After completing the program, you’ll be deployed with a full-time job in a banking institution with a starting salary of ₹4.42 LPA CTC.
What are the eligibility criteria for this program?
To be eligible, you must be a recent graduate or a final-year student with a background in banking, finance, or related fields. The program is open to candidates aged below 40, and you should have a keen interest in building a career in banking.
Which banking institutions are partnered with this program?
Our program collaborates with top banking and finance institutions, including Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, HDFC Life, Tata AIG, Mahindra Finance, and many others. These partnerships ensure that you get access to premium job opportunities with leading industry players.
