The Hire-Train-Deploy model connects students directly with top banking and finance institutions. You’ll undergo 4 months of intensive campus training, followed by a 3-month internship, and finally, 5 months of on-the-job training (OJT). After completing the program, you’ll be deployed with a full-time job in a banking institution with a starting salary of ₹4.42 LPA CTC.
What are the eligibility criteria for this program?
To be eligible, you must be a recent graduate or a final-year student with a background in banking, finance, or related fields. The program is open to candidates aged below 40, and you should have a keen interest in building a career in banking.
